Arkadiusz Modzelewski, NLP specialist working in the Language Model Architecture Team at NASK, has been awarded the prestigious START scholarship granted by the Foundation for Polish Science (FNP).

Last weekend, a team including NASK researchers took first place in the Warsaw edition of the CISPA European AI & Cybersecurity Hackathon Championship.

Researchers from the Department of AI Safety and Transparency have launched a new project led by the Head of the Department, Dr. Sebastian Cygert. The goal of the project is to develop new methods for ensuring the safety, transparency, and reliable evaluation of large models, which are increasingly used in the public sector, industry, and services.

Researchers from the Center for Research and Development took part in the international scientific conference The Winter Conference on Applications of Computer Vision (WACV 2026), held on 6–10 March 2026 in Tucson, Arizona.

The workshops took place on 24 February and were designed to strengthen researchers’ competencies in securing European funding and to prepare them for upcoming changes in the European Union’s grant policy.
