NASK’s Privacy Policy

Information security, with particular emphasis on the protection of personal data and respect for the right to privacy, is of paramount importance to NASK-PIB, while constituting an essential attribute of its operations to gain and maintain trust in the services provided by NASK-PIB. To achieve the above goal, NASK-PIB has implemented and applies information security policies throughout the organization. In addition, NASK-PIB has implemented an information security management system based on the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard in key areas of its operations, obtaining the relevant certificate.

NASK-PIB is transparent about its privacy policy, including why and how it processes your personal data, how long it keeps it and with whom it shares it.

In order to best protect your personal data, NASK-PIB applies the following principles:

  • NASK-PIB processes personal data only for the realization of the legitimate purposes for which it collects them or as specified in mandatory legal regulations.
  • NASK-PIB processes only such categories of personal data as are necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes of processing.
  • NASK-PIB does not process personal data in a manner incompatible with the purpose of processing.
  • NASK-PIB processes personal data with the highest security standards to protect personal data from loss or misuse.
  • NASK-PIB does not process personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed.
  • NASK-PIB provides permanent contact with the Data Protection Officer at inspektorochronydanych@nask.pl.
  • NASK-PIB fulfills information obligations under the regulations on personal data protection, in particular the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, towards data subjects – detailed information can be found on the websites of individual services provided by NASK-PIB.
