"Breakfast with PLLuM" – AI Supporting Public Administration

08.10.2025

On October 27, we invite you to the first session of our expert series “Breakfast with PLLuM”, held at the Focus office building in Warsaw from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM. The event will be conducted in a hybrid format – join us in person or online!

Using the example of the Gdynia City Hall, we’ll showcase how Polish AI models can be applied in everyday administrative work – from citizen services and access to public information, to helping staff search and organize documents more efficiently.

Who is this event for?

This meeting marks the beginning of a series of expert breakfast sessions focused on the practical application of AI in public administration. We invite:
  • employees of offices, legal departments, Public Information Bulletins (BIP), and citizen service centers,
  • organizational and strategy departments,
  • digital transformation teams,
  • representatives of local governments who are ready to transition from pilot projects to stable implementations.

What’s on the agenda?

We’ll start with a presentation by the HIVE AI consortium, which will share insights on how to transition from designing a model to deploying it in real-world administrative settings – including technical and organizational considerations. Next, representatives from Gdynia City Hall will talk about their experience with implementing PLLuM. They’ll share lessons learned, challenges faced, and practical recommendations for other institutions. To wrap up, we’ll open the floor for discussion – a chance to ask questions, exchange experiences, and connect with others. It’s a great opportunity to talk with experts and explore the future of AI in the public sector.

Why does PLLuM work well in public administration?

  • Effectiveness in Polish and administrative domains – models trained on resources from gov.pl and BIP.
  • High level of security – resistance to prompt injection attacks, with abuse effectiveness reduced to isolated cases out of 100 tests.
  • Flexibility and openness – models available under open licenses, adaptable to institutional needs.
  • Real implementations – from citizen assistant prototypes to integrations with public services, carried out by HIVE AI with NASK.
